For not only is the name “art theory,” (such as art history, but also anthropology, when such a term is used) controversial, but it may even be based on a way of thinking about art research, that has been rejected, criticized or criticized up to now. So why not study the evidence and talk about it? And in case, what did this research lead to? Why research to understand art history? Were there people who were unwilling to talk to or call themselves a scientist? Why “evolved” research processes in a way that could be applied to any art form?
